THERMAL CONDITIONIG OF FUIT AND VEGETABLES USIGN ORGANICS WAXES ABSTRACT: The used of organics waxes for thermal conditioning in the packing of agricultural products, during its transport and storage is presented here. Those substances will be contained as integral part of the packing wall of the product, so one of their sides will be in contact with the product and the other with the external ambient. So, there are two boundary conditions: the external ambient temperature and flux of heat of the storage agricultural product. The initial condition is solid at temperature less than the melting point. It is the so called two phases Stefan problem. Two different values of the initial temperature have been studied.
