Resumen:
The present work presents a methodology that employs the kinetics of photocatalytic degradation of HCHO over titanium dioxide (TiO2), obtained in a simple geometry reactor, for the modeling and simulation of a very different scale and configuration reactor. The approach uses the typical equations of reaction engineering, the radiative transfer equation, the computational modeling by CFD and the experimental stage for both types of reactor.
