            The mechanisms to connect industry with PAE are not correctly designed. Too much bureaucracy: more than two years to generate a joint project with monetary contribution of the company involved.             This PAE has been very successful in creating a lasting collaboration among previously isolated research groups covering a large fraction of the country’s geography.             Note that the funding of PAE was significant but the participants added an important contribution of their own.             Morevoer, they are already securing funding beyond the end of PAE to continue their R&D activities. So far, period 2013-2015: U$S 350,000 plus several applications pending
