Resumen:
Despite the fact that the role of plant hormones on defense responses has been extensively documented, the effects of the symbiont on the host plant immune responses have received little attention. We propose that, fungal endophyte-symbionts of grasses decrease part of the immune responses of their hosts, reducing the endogenous levels of plant hormones.
