Resumen:
I present the first record of the tropicalsnake Erythrolamprus reginae from Entre Ríos provinceas the southernmost record from Argentina and SouthAmerica. This record extends the range of this species by510 km airline south of known localities in Corrientesprovince. Geographical distribution in Argentina andParaguay is provided. This record confirms the presenceof E. reginae in seasonally flooded gallery forestbordering the Uruguay River, a biogeographical corridorfor tropical biota invading temperate latitudes
