Hedeoma multiflora Benth. (Lamiaceae) known as "peperina de las lomas"is a perennial herb showing flavoring, digestive and antirheumatic properties. Due to these uses, along with the expansion of agricultural and urban frontiers, it is very depressed and the survival of the natural populations is in danger. We consider in vitro culture as an alternative to ensure H. multiflora germplasm preservation and its sustainable use. The aim of this work is to evaluate if in vitro organogenesis affects the morphology of the species by comparing the exomorphology of wild specimens collected in three different sampling sites (S1, S2 and S3) toward two populations of micropropagated plants in vitro. The number and weight of the stems and the main roots were measured. Statistical analyzes were carried out with the R Studio program. The repetitions were ten for each site and population tested.
