Magnetic and Transport Properties of Nanoscaled Fe3O4 Films.

We have investigated the magnetic and transport properties of nanoscaled magnetite films deposited by in a cold-wall CVD reactor using iron alkoxide precursors as a single source of Fe2+, Fe3+ and O-2 ions. In total 9 samples were preapred in different synthesis conditions. The series were composed by 3 stes of films deposited on MgO(001), MgAl2O4(001) and Al2O3(0001) and obtained from different precursors and conditions.
