Resumen:
Nano-scale technology allows manufacturing structures with high surface/volume ratio, which is a very suitable characteristic forincorporation and release of active compounds. In the present work, we reported about the capability of PVA electrospun fibers toencapsulate a wide variety of rosemary extract compounds.
