Resumen:
Solar cells based on hybrid organic-inorganic metal halide perovskites are of great interest since high efficiencies have been reached, first, and due to the simple deposition of the absorber from liquid salt solutions, second. The stability of solar cells has been increased by using the so-called triple cation absorber [Cs0.05(MA0.17FA0.83)0.95Pb(I0.83Br0.17)3 ? MA: methylamine, FA: formamidinium]. The exponential tails (energy parameter: Et), which are related to disorder, have been investigated by modulated surface photovoltage spectroscopy for different substrates for the internal (i.e. with the substrate) and external (i.e. with the ambience) surface of the absorber layer. A substrate-dependent correlation between Et,front and Et,back has been found.
