Resumen:
Understanding the composition of soybeans adds value to the agroindustry products and is targeted for niche markets and allows to direct the grain to different market niches. However, there is high variability in seed chemical composition due to environmental effects (Dardanelli et al, 2006). This study has determined the chemical composition of soybean grains harvested across the crop region in Argentina (29º to 38º S, 58º to 64º W), with special focus on bioactive compounds.
