Resumen:
Resistivity measurements under pressure up to 230 kbar were done in the bipolaronicTi 4 O 7 Magneli phase. The metal-insulator transitions are suppressed and a metallic behavior is obtained for room temperature, while a Ln (1/T) dependence is observed for low temperatures. The results fit into a framework similar to the one of the Kondo effect, but where the role played by the magnetic field is taken by the electric field (E), generating a T independentLn (1/E) resistivity for fields that verify thatE>Ec≈T. A Phenomenological approach is given to interpret our results.
