Angulo & White (2010) introduced a rescaling technique able to modify the background cosmological parameters of a given numerical simulation. However, this technique involves a new identification of dark matter haloes and contruction of their merger trees in the rescaled simulation. In this work we present an application of this method directly on the dark matter halo catalogues, showing that it is possible to reuse the identified haloes and their formation histories using only a fraction of the computational cost that involves getting this information of the particles in the simulation.FULL TEXT IN SPANISH
