Resumen:
The main aim of this paper is to analyze the labor turnover of the young workers in theArgentine labor market. In particular, to investigate if younger people face higher risks ofleaving a given occupation and, in that case, the possible reasons for this phenomenon. Forthis, the econometric approach is based on duration models and has two parts: on the onehand, the analysis of the probabilities of leaving a job; on the other hand, the modeling of thedifferent destinations of those who leave an occupation.
