Resumen:
We applied an original, flexible, and portable set-up, for in-situ study of solar cell degradation that accumulates the damage produced by several subsequent fluences of radiation on the same cell. This facility was used for the characterisation of solar cells after irradiation with 10 MeV protons, provided by a tandem accelerator (TANDAR) and with 3 MeV electrons, produced by a linear accelerator (LINAC). Both accelerators are with the Argentine National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA). The cells under study were crystalline silicon solar cells fabricated at CNEA, and double junction GaInP2/GaAs/Ge commercial solar cells. From the comparison of the results obtained with both type of particles, equivalent damage coefficients were obtained.
