Simulation and Validation of a Hot Strip Mill

This paper includes the mathematical models for a steel milling process, modeled and based on object-oriented modelling INCO DC 96-2076 project. The designtechniques that will be used in the work are presented as well. The rolling mill process is described along with different system components. The present work is based on canonical dynamic algorithms of the dynamical process of the rolling mill and other processes of the general system.
