Resumen:
The work is carried out under the Research Council of the National University of SaltaProject No 2273: Importance and Supply Chain jobs in environmental organizations. According to earlierresearch have been identified various problems related to management of supply chains. The developmentof tools to address this issue plays a leading role in resolving problems detected in small, medium andlarge businesses in the city of Salta. The latter were detected with the methodology of actual cases wherethe chair of Operational Research, Faculty of Engineering, National University of Salta. One of the toolsused for decision making is the Analytic Hierarchy Process. This tool has different applications related todecision making in an organization. In this paper the analysis of the use of the tool is held in a companyin which salteña location as a global and strategic goal of managing your supply chain is studied.
