Resumen:
It is well-known that most switched power converters are open-loop stablewhen operated within reasonable limits and connected to many types of loads. Mostof the existing open-loop asymptotic stability results for switched power converters require either (a) an averaged dynamical model or (b) parasitic losses. However, results that guarantee open-loop asymptotic stability for the ideal switched model of a converter are very scarce or nonexistent. In this paper, we ll this gap by providing a method to prove open-loop stability for the ideal switched model of many types of converters in controlled conduction. The types of stability addressed include boundedness of trajectories and trajectory stability. We illustrate the procedure on the Cuk converter.
