Resumen:
In this presentation I supported the following three hypothesis: 1) That there exist rationality in constitutional social right argumentation; 2) That an adequate theory of constitutional social rights argumentation should be reconstructed through a legal and structural approach; 3) That a justified theory of constitutional social rights argumentation should recognize not only norms with structure of rules but also norms with structure of principles.
