In magnetic materials, we can highlight alloys with strong magnetoelastic interaction, because they are very promising for the design of new devices when samples are prepared at the nanoscale. For such devices the magnetic properties can be handled by elastic deformations such as through piezoelectric substrates. Therefore it is essential to achieve a controlled and repeatable characterization of the materials, in addition to a good addressing of their structural properties and composition for understanding their magnetic behaviour. In this work several series of Fe1-xGax, a highly magnetostrictive material, this films were fabricated by sputtering technique, by varying thickness, sputtering power, concentraton and type of substrate. The determination of concentration (EDS, RBS) and structure (XRD, SEM, AFM) were performed, in addition to magnetic measurements (VSM, SQUID, FMR) with promising results for optimizing the magnetic properties fo the films, by controlling the deposition conditions.
