Resumen:
In this short note, we study the behavior of best simultaneous Chebyshev approximation by algebraic polynomials on a union of intervals, when the measure of them tends to zero. We also get an interpolation result. This results are an extension of the paper [H.H. CUENYA, F.E. LEVIS, A.N. PRIORI, Best simultaneous Lp-approximation on small regions, Numer. Funct. Anal. Optim., 36 (2015), pp. 55-71]
