Abstract. Emplacement of Deposits Related with the Later to Post - Famatinian Orogen of the Sierras Pampeanas Orientales. The structural control of mineralized sites with isometric W, Pb, Ag, Zn and Au concentration, between 64º45? and 65º 45? WL in the Sierras de San Luis and Córdoba, is described and analized.  Mineral deposits have been precipitated during the late stage of the evolution of the Famatinian orogen, where metal-bearing hydrothermal solutions had invaded shear zones with WNW preferential direction. Relationship between the polimetalic mineralization, ~ N - S Tres Arboles tectonic limit, later - Famatinian granitoids (Achala, Cerro Aspero and Las Chacras ? Potrerillos batholith) and Paleozoic circum - Pacific orogenic gold deposits are established.
