Resumen:
In this work we studied thetetragonal to cubic (t-c) phase transition as function of temperature incompositionally homogeneous ZrO2-CeO2powders by synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction (SR-XRD). Transitions arecorrelated with changes in the local order of the second coordination shell ofZr atom, studied by EXAFS.
