Resumen:
In Argentina, science popularization is promoted by several institutions, including public universities, governmental agencies and private foundations from all the country. In particular, the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires has a broad set of extension activities of its own and it is present in many third-party cultural events. In this talk we introduce some of these activities and the role the play in society.
