This fact appears to be associated to the shortage of occupational opportunities which may have increased the incidence of unstable trajectories among those working without coverage. Moreover, the rising unemployment increased the participation of non-registered, highly-mobile workers. Hence, this is a process that by itself led to an increase in overall mobility.
