Aspergillus fumigatus antifungal susceptibility testing was standarized by the Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute and 48hs are needed to reach to a result. The aim of this study was to evaluate a lower reading time. The 24 hours reading showed to be less reproducible and led to an underestimation of resistance.
