The phenothiazinic ring system with the adequate substitution in position two was obtained in four steps. The second stage, was reached in three steps. In this way the Pipotiazine was prepared by a new synthetic strategie with a good global yield and a very important regioselectivity control respect the position of the N,N-dimethyl sulphonamide group in the cyclization step
