Resumen:
Fe-B-Sn amorphous samples were produce by melt spinning. The structure were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and Mossbauer spectroscopy. The relaxation process till the crystallization were studied by Mossbauer and the elastic properties trough measurements of the Young modulus by resonance in a cantilever sample.
