Resumen:
We carried out the first detailed comparison of the  multiwavelength emission from radio to gamma-rays, of the  supernova remnant (SNR) IC443 (G189.1+3.0). IC443 is among the brighter and larger in angular size SNRs  cataloged in our Galaxy and it is one of the best confirmed cases of a SNR interacting with its cloudy surroundings. The detection of gamma-rays from the central region of the remnant  was  reported from observations carried out with MAGIC, VERITAS and FERMI telescopes.  We produced the first high-quality radio images of IC443 at low radio frequencies. Based on these observations, we performed a detailed radio spectral study and compared with the emission in other spectral domains. We present the interpretation of the observational results in connection with the recent infrared and gamma-rays observations.
