Resumen:
Presentacion oral The kinetics of  adsorption and descomposition of N2O on Rh(111) surfaces has been studied under isothermal conditions. The chemistry is clean, only gas-phase N2 and  deposition of atomic oxigen, in stoichiometric proportions, is obtained. Several  experimental results using a collimated effusive molecular technique, coupled with spectroscopy detection,  have been tested by a Monte Carlo simulations.  Two interesting experimental observation are confirmed: (1), the fact that the initial rate decomposition goes down with the temperature could be concerned with the competition between N2O desorption and decomposition; (2) the total N2 and O(ads) yields decrease with the temperature has been expained taking into account that N2O decomposition could be facilited by the presence of  adsorbed oxigen atom in a neighbor site.
