ReLAC is a network of evaluation networks born in 2004. It aims at contributing to capacity building in M&E, and to professionalize the evaluation function in Latin America and the Caribbean. There are national networks in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and Venezuela. The articles summarizes the main achievements of ReLAC, as well as the challenges is facing.
