Resumen:
In this paper, electron microprobe analyses were made of some tourmaline extracted from turmalinites belonging to the San Luis Formation, they are located about 10 km southwest of the Libertador General San Martin Location, in San Luis Province. The analyzed tourmalines belong to the continuous series schorl - dravite typical low-grade metamorphic environments
