The present work deals with the treatment of an aged soil sampled from former metallurgical plants contaminated by PAHs and metals. It is a part of a global project, called OXYSOL (www.oxysol-anr.org) aiming at the conception of a global treatment pathway including in situ chemical oxidation, bioremediation and soil construction. Oxidation has been studied from the bench scale to the lysimeter scale at the experimental site of the GISFI (French Scientific Group on Industrial Wastelands, www.gisfi.fr).
