Resumen:
Astroparticle is a new transdisciplinary field of physics emerging from the intersection of nuclear and particle physics, astronomy and cosmology. One of its pillars is the study of cosmic messengers: charged cosmic and gamma rays and neutrinos. In this document we are going to review these three topics in relation to the Auger, Cherenkov Telescope Array (CTA) and Agua Negra Deep Experiment Site (ANDES) observatories. The Pierre Auger Observatory, the largest high energy cosmic ray observatory in operation, is taking data in Malarg"{u}e, Argentina, using an hybrid detection system (fluorescence telescopes and Cherenkov surface detector) over an area of 3000 km2, and is currently being upgraded with muon and radio detection systems. CTA will be the next observatory to conduct ground research of high energy gamma rays. CTA will have three types of telescopes of ~ 2-7, 10-15 and 20-30m diameter allowing detection in a broad energy range (10 GeV to 100 TeV) to achieve high sensitivity to both the galactic and extragalactic universe. ANDES is a planned underground facility between San Juan, Argentina and Coquimbo, Chile. Among many other science fields, it will focus on neutrino physics. Both CTA and ANDES will perform complementary dark matter searches. The scientific objectives and detection systems of these facilities will be outlined.
