Resumen:
We show the existence of a reversible, complementary and polaritydependant electric-pulse-induced resistance (EPIR) switching effectsin Au / YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{7-delta}$ ceramic superconductorinterfaces. Non-volatile high and low resistance states andtransition regions between them are obtained as a function of theamplitude and polarity of the pulsing voltage. Relaxation processesof the resistivity after applying the pulses, not associated withheating effects, are also observed. We also report on thetemperature sensitivity of these resistance hysteresis switchingloops, where both the difference between high and low resistancestates and the voltage needed to produce the switching decrease withincreasing temperature. Our results are consistent with a mechanismfor the EPIR effect based on oxygen electromigration.
