Searching for chromospheric activity variations in a sample of FGK stars

In this contribution we searched for chromospheric activity cycles and also for signatures of prolonged activity minima, such as the Maunder Minimum (MM), in a sample of FGK stars from HARPS database. To this end, we calculated the Mount Wilson index (SMW) for each object and then obtained the corresponding temporal series which were later individually analyzed and classified.
