Resumen:
Landfill leachates are aqueous effluents originated in both aerobicand anaerobic fermentation and water infiltration of waste disposal in urbanlandfills with the consequent generation of a persistent product with a widerange of ecological problems. In order to generate relevant strategies forpossible enzymatic bioremediation and microbiological diagnosis of thedescribed pollutant, this work aims at generating a comprehensive metaproteomicscharacterization. The key difficulties to overcome in the development of bothprotein extraction and measurement of enzymatic activities protocols present inleachates are very complex, such as dark substances with large amounts oforganic matter and persistent interfering compounds.  Therefore, the goal is set on establishingtrustable measurements employing different both protein extraction and enzymeactivities methods.
