Resumen:
Insightful theoretical and experimental research has demonstrated the effectiveness of entorhinal dynamics based on toroidal representations in grid cells within continuous attractorneural networks. However, these toroidal-based dynamics are not solitary entities within neuronal networks. Rather, they emerge in response to dynamic demands inherent in therelational context of the task being executed and embodiment restrictions. This perspective illuminates the adaptive essence of these neural representations, discussing their emergence in accordance with specific task-related demands and the body dynamics, rather than as preexisting, autonomous neuronal structures.
