Resumen:
The consumption of smoked cocaine is widespreadamong adolescents in vulnerable sectors of society andconstitutes a health problem in Latin-America. Early cocaine consumption is associated with attentio-nal and executive functions decits. Its severity dependsupon the route of administration. Faster routes (eg. smo-king) show stronger impairments [1, 2]. Structural data su-pport these ndings [1]. At a neurophysiological level, lower P300 response toneutral stimuli in substance users predicts relapse [3]. Tothe best of our knowledge, this study is the rst to assessthis biomarker dierentiating by route of administration.
