Yttrium-doped BiFeO3: Synthesis and Electro-Magnetic Properties

Bismuth-iron oxides (BiFeO3) are multiferroic compounds, which have simultaneously antiferromagnetic and ferroelectric orders. In this work we report the synthesis of pure BiFeO3 and analyze its properties. We also study the influence of replacing bismuth by yttrium (Y) on the structure and properties.
