Resumen:
Our planet is experiencing a biodiversity crisis with an important and accelerated habitatloss that forces species to modify their distribution patterns. Particularly, the Lower Insular Deltaof the Paraná River (Argentina), has been suffering a growing and profound modification in itshydrological regime, altering its natural characteristics and the species that inhabit it. Our aim wasto know the blatodeas present in the region and study their abundance and richness in relation tothe land use and seasonality in the region. We selected 3 stands by habitat type: young (SJ) andmature (SM) willow; young and mature poplar without livestock (AJ; AM), young and maturesilvopastoral poplar (ASJ; ASM). The capture was carried out using 6 pitfall traps in each stand, collected every 45 days for 2 years. 7 species of cockroaches distributed in 5 genera were found. The total abundance was of 764 individuals, with Epilampra sp. being the most abundant. Springand summer were the richest seasons. ASM was the habitat type with the greatest richness. Thiswork contributes 3 new records for the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
