Resumen:
Lithium‒sulfur (Li‒S) batteries are considered as the next-generation energy storage devices because of their high theoretical specific capacity and energy density of 1675 mAh g-1 and 2600 Wh kg−1, respectively. A novel cathode material for Li-S batteries was studied. Herein, using a straightforward synthesis for SPAN and adding a small amount of TiO2/4% Y2O3, we create a composite with verypromising characteristics for being used as a cathode in Li-SPAN cells. Moreover, we use the same additive in order to create an interlayer between the cathode and separator
