Resumen:
Since 2006 we are making activities between the School Shelter "Paso de los Andes" at the Rural Locality of Malimán, Iglesia´s Department in the Province of San Juan, Argentine Republic, and the Archaeology Group Cayana: Colectivo of Archaeology of the Archaeology School of the Catamarca´s National University. These activities have been related to the preoccupation about the educative transference of the archaeological investigations, their obstacles and potentialities to the fortification of local identities with indigenous genealogies. One of these archaeology´s potentialities allow Malimán´s settlers to demand and to administer their own archaeological patrimony recruit at the territory they traditionally occupied, which mainly are being exploited as fiscal lands by the tax establishments and the mining project's.
