Resumen:
This article deals with the problem regarding output voltage regulation in a DC-DC interleaved boost converter for battery applications via inverse optimal control (IOC) design. This control allows ensuring stable performance during closed-loop operation. The main characteristic of IOC design is that the feedback control law is developed by selecting a Candidate Lyapunov function that converges to the equilibrium with asymptotical properties. Numerical results for different current demanded/injected profiles demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed IOC controller in comparison with classical PI designs. Numerical simulations were carried out in the PLECS simulation environment of MATLAB/Simulink.
