Resumen:
Obesity is one of the major public health concerns worldwide. Obesity can increase the risk to develop insulin resistance, cardiovascular disease, dyslipidemia and non-alcoholic fatty liver diseaseamong others. Grape pomace (GP) is a waste product, containingpredominantly a left-over of skins and seeds, generated in the winemaking process which contains relatively high amounts of bioactivecomponents like polyphenols.
