Introduction Thyroid cancer (TC) affects a significant fraction of the world population and its incidence has been steadily increasing within last decades. Numerous studies established that PKCα is overexpressed in cancer and its expression correlates with aggressiveness and therapy resistance. However, the role of PKCα in TC remains poorly studied.
