Resumen:
The distribution of spacecraft in the inner heliosphere during the Parker Solar Probe (PSP) observations of large-scale magnetic structures enables a comprehensive analysis of the internal evolution and topology of such structures. This presentation will focus on the analyses of Interplanetary Coronal Mass Ejections (ICMEs) observed by PSP. Specifically, two studies will be reviewed. These investigations are the result of a collaborative effort by researchers to advance the understanding of these large-scale transients and evaluate constraints and limitations in observations, current tools, models, and techniques. Early in the mission, on 2018 November 11, an ICME reached PSP while the STEREO A spacecraft observed the CME transiting across the telescopes? fields-of-view (FOV). A comprehensive analysis of the CME?s internal structure was carried out to understand the changes in its internal dynamics and the geometry due to its evolution. In late 2020, between November 29-30, two more ICMEs reached PSP. In this case, the structures were observed by telescopes onboard geosynchronous observatories as well as on STEREO A. We were able to assemble different models, techniques, and areas of expertise to identify the signatures of the interaction between the CMEs and the implications for the internal structure of the ICMEs.
