Resumen:
The environmental impact in the materials and technology systems involved in thehousing construction, integrate a source of question for the visibility of his implicationfor a sustainability future. The objectives of the present work are: 1) Analyzed a thermalproposal for a hollow brick masonry do it by the National Institute of IndustrialEngineering of Argentina (INTI); and 2) development an alternative-complementarysolution for the environmental impact reduction. The methodologies used combine thedocumentary analyzed referred to standards, estate and private technique manuals, witha study case: hollow brick masonry of 18cm, used for the application of both, the thermalproposal of INTI and the alternative solution presented in this work. In the two solutions,the constructive elements involved are described, computed and assigned an economicvalue, to later perform an environmental impact comparative analysis of the materialsused for the both. The conclusions focused in the conditionings factors of the market andthe State that only uses established constructive disposition, without place to alternativesas well in the feasibility of application of the new resolution.
