Resumen:
During the nineties decade and the first years of the following, and product of a long itinerary of implementations of neoliberal policies initiated in the last civil military dictatorship (1976-1983) -that led to Argentinato unusual ratesof unemployment and poverty, thousands of peoples used to earn the living on the labor market resort to ?informal? activities (as the informal collection or the ambulant vending) as a meanof earning a living. The chapters deals with Neoliberal transformation during the ?90 and how these changes eroded the ways in which young people of popular sectors entered to the labor market and understood work (as a way of earning money, but as a way of living, as a moral frame) during the following decade. I center on the young collectors and vendors that never had a job and for many of them neither their parents had a stable job. I will show the effects of these processes in the young people of flesh and bones that constructed non working activities or working activities that before the social transformation were not an option as the natural way of living.
