Potential effects of the global climate change on vector and rodent borne diseases is discussed for Argentina based on literature and authors works. The article considers American tripanosomiasis, malaria, dengue and hantavirus illnesses. It analyses which climatic variables have been related spatially to the transmission of these and makes potential predictions of future effects of climate change.
