Khirbet Avot is situated on a small, elongated hill on the steep east bank of Nahal Avivim in Upper Galilee, south of the modern settlement Moshav Avivim. The site is located ca. 700 m above sea level and covers an area of approximately 2 dunams. The site is located in the region that according to Josh 19:32?39 was allocated to the tribe of Naphtali.
